Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Grate the zucchini into a bowl on a coarse grater, add salt and leave for 7-10 minutes.
Step 2:
Drain the liquid from the zucchini, add 2 eggs.
Step 3:
Chop the green onions and garlic and add to the zucchini.
Step 4:
Add black pepper and seasoning and mix well.
Step 5:
Add flour and baking powder, mix.
Step 6:
Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan, spoon in the dough and fry over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.

You can use any ready-made seasonings to taste.
Baking powder can be mixed with flour in advance.
