Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Place a sieve in a bowl, grate the zucchini into it on a coarse grater, add salt, mix and let the juice drain.
Step 2:
Finely chop the onion.
Step 3:
Squeeze the zucchini and place in a bowl.
Step 4:
Add onion, minced meat, crushed garlic, eggs, pepper and salt. Mix thoroughly.
Step 5:
Add flour and stir.
Step 6:
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, spoon in the zucchini batter, form into pancakes and fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
Cooking tips
Add flour according to the consistency of the dough.
