Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Cut the zucchini and half an onion into pieces and place them in a blender along with the dill and spinach. Beat in the egg and blend until smooth.
Step 2:
Add salt, flour and mix with a whisk.
Step 3:
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, drop in the batter with a tablespoon and fry the pancakes for three minutes on each side, then for one minute on each side under the lid.
Cooking tips
Chop the zucchini and onion into any size pieces. If your blender isn't very powerful or large, you can chop them finely.
Be careful not to overcook the pancakes – they should be golden brown and soft.
