Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Crack 10 eggs into a large bowl. Add 2 teaspoons of salt and 2 teaspoons of sugar and whisk thoroughly.
Step 2:
Very finely chop the green onions, half an onion and carrots.
Step 3:
Add vegetables to eggs, whisk thoroughly.
Step 4:
Grease a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil and pour in some of the egg mixture, lightly fry and begin to roll into a roll, leaving a small “tail” free.
Step 5:
Move the folded omelet to the edge of the pan and pour in more egg mixture, making sure to cover the free end of the folded omelet. Once the two halves are joined, continue folding, gradually adding more egg mixture.
Step 6:
Continue until all the mixture is used, adding vegetable oil from the folded side of the omelette if necessary.
Step 7:
Make sure the egg roll is fried until golden brown on all sides.
Step 8:
Cut the omelette into pieces like a roll and serve.
Cooking tips
It is not necessary to use these exact vegetables, but it is better if they are colorful, as is customary in Korean cuisine.
It's best to use two spatulas to fold the omelette. Don't rush.
