Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Cut the sausages into circles.
Step 2:
Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the sausages.
Step 3:
Thinly shred the cabbage and coat the sausages in the pan with it.
Step 4:
Add the pepper mixture and dried garlic, stir and fry over high heat.
Step 5:
Finely chop the green onions and parsley, add them to the pan and stir.
Step 6:
Break eggs into a bowl, add cream, salt and whisk.
Step 7:
Pour the egg-cream mixture into the contents of the pan, cover with a lid and cook until done.
