Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Break 4 eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, sugar, mix with a whisk, and then beat with a whisk until fluffy.
Step 2:
Add baking powder to the flour, stir and add half to the egg mixture, stirring with a whisk.
Step 3:
Pour milk into a ladle, add butter and vanilla sugar.
Step 4:
Heat until butter melts.
Step 5:
Add half the milk and butter to the dough, whisk, add the remaining flour, whisk, then pour in the remaining milk and butter. Mix.
Step 6:
Line the bottom of a rectangular pan with paper and pour in the batter.
Step 7:
Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
Step 8:
Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
Cooking tips
If you mix all the ingredients at once, you will get lumps, so it’s best not to rush.
If desired, you can add berries to the dough and replace the baking powder with baking soda.
