Baked potatoes in creamy sauce
Origin of the recipe
Potatoes are a simple vegetable, yet incredibly rewarding. They appeared in our region relatively recently, during the reign of Peter the Great, and in Europe not much earlier, but today it's hard to imagine Russian and European cuisine without them. Potatoes are boiled, fried, baked… We suggest you prepare a very tender baked potato in a creamy sauce topped with a cheese crust.

Pour in 100 ml of milk, add 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan, 4 pinches of salt and stir quickly.

Stir until you have a thick, creamy sauce.
Step 10:
Pour the creamy sauce over the potatoes, place in the oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 11:
Remove the potatoes from the oven and sprinkle with coarsely grated mozzarella to taste, return to the oven and bake for about 10 minutes.
Step 12:
Remove the potatoes from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
Cooking tips
Before baking, the potatoes must be microwaved; otherwise, they won't cook through properly or will take too long. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness and quantity of potatoes. If the sauce is too thick, simply add more milk.
