Layered coffee dessert
Origin of the recipe
This beautiful and mouth-watering dessert, layered with coffee-soaked sponge cookies, is every bit as delicious as classic tiramisu. It's reminiscent of Dalgona coffee—a drink made with milk and whipped instant coffee that emerged during the COVID-19 lockdown, when people actively shared their culinary experiments on social media.

Cooking tips
Soaking the cookies in coffee will help them become soft biscuits.
Cover the cream layer completely with cookies, breaking off pieces as needed. It's best to sprinkle the cocoa powder over the dessert through a sieve—this will ensure a smoother finish.
