Cooking tips
Any hard cheese, from expensive to budget, is suitable for this baked good.
You can make another version of the pie, using 6 eggs, yogurt, feta cheese and spinach.
The pie's ingredients are fine, but where can I get stale bread? Bread doesn't go stale, it molds and turns green on the second day. It's not that simple in our city; bread is expensive, so it doesn't have time to go stale, etc.
