Step 2
Place iceberg lettuce leaves (small pieces) on a plate.

Place cherry tomatoes, cut in half, on top.

NOTE: To make the dish look nice, it is better to cut the crab sticks diagonally.

Pour the sauce over the dish again.
Step 8
All that's left to do is sprinkle some grated cheese and chopped parsley leaves on top, and the Caesar salad is ready.
Cooking tips
The herring for the sauce should be completely boneless and skinless. To achieve a smooth consistency, we recommend grating the herring fillets on a fine grater or using a blender.
To preserve the crunch of the croutons, add them 5–10 minutes before serving. Adding them earlier will allow them to absorb the moisture from the sauce and become soft.
If you want to add extra freshness to the salad, add a small cucumber, sliced into thin strips.
Salad portions can be additionally garnished with a small bunch of herbs or sprinkled with a pinch of ground pepper.
To make the salad more filling, you can add halves of boiled quail eggs – they go well with mayonnaise and tomatoes.
