Step 1:
Pour cottage cheese, sugar, semolina, vanilla, sour cream into a bowl and add 2 eggs.
Step 2:
Stir the contents of the bowl.
Step 3:
Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and grate it on a coarse grater.
Step 4:
Add the grated pumpkin to the bowl with the cottage cheese mixture. Stir.
Step 5:
Grease a baking dish with butter and place the dough in it.
Step 6:
Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
Cooking tips
Instead of semolina, you can use flour, rice, oatmeal or bran.
Before cooking, it's best to blend the cottage cheese into a smooth paste and press it through a fine sieve, or at least use one of the two methods. This will result in a smoother and more even consistency.
