Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Place 2 bananas in a baking dish and mash them well.
Step 2:
Add quinoa, chia seeds, cinnamon, vanilla extract, maple syrup and almond milk and mix thoroughly.
Step 3:
Add the berries and distribute evenly.
Step 4:
Bake for 60 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 5:
Cut into portions and garnish with condensed almond milk and berries, if desired.
Cooking tips
The recipe uses large blueberries, but you can use any other berries that suit your taste.
You can use any plant-based milk instead of almond milk, and instead of maple syrup, add a few chopped dates for sweetness.
