Origin of the recipe
Crème brûlée is believed to date back to medieval France. The first mentions of a similar dessert can be found in 16th-century cookbooks. However, the modern version, with a caramelized crust, appeared later.

Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Separate the yolks from the whites of two eggs.
Step 2:
Place the yolks in a saucepan, add sugar and dry milk.
Step 3:
Add baked milk, whisk well, place over low heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Step 4:
Add the white chocolate pieces, stir until melted, and remove from heat.
Step 5:
Pour the mixture into a bowl and let cool.
Step 6:
Pour whipping cream into a clean bowl and beat lightly with a mixer.
Step 7:
Add cream to the liquid mixture and mix well.
Step 8:
Pour the mixture into the mold, cover with film and put in the freezer for 5-6 hours.
Cooking tips
Do not boil the milk for too long and turn the heat to the lowest possible level to prevent the milk from burning or boiling over.
Don't overwhip the cream; it should just thicken. It's best to use a hand mixer with a whisk attachment.
