Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Pour cold water over the gelatin.
Step 2:
Cut the Camembert into cubes.
Step 3:
Pour some cream into a ladle, add gelatin, cheese, erythritol and melt, stirring.
Step 4:
Beat soft cream cheese with a mixer.
Step 5:
While continuing to whisk, pour in the remaining cream.
Step 6:
Add the cheese mixture and mix with a mixer.
Step 7:
Pour the mixture into a container with a lid and place in the freezer.
Cooking tips
You can soak sheet gelatin in any amount of cold water (preferably from the refrigerator). Once it's swollen, simply drain the water and squeeze it lightly. If you're using powdered gelatin, soak it in cold water at a ratio of 1:5 (in this case, you'll need 15 ml of water).
Don't turn the heat up too high or boil the cheese mixture, just wait until the cheese is completely melted.
