Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Place the peeled and washed strawberries in a bowl.
Step 2:
Grind the berries with a blender.
Step 3:
Pour the cream into a large bowl.
Step 4:
Whip the cream until stiff peaks form (so that they do not spread when you shake the bowl).
Step 5:
Stir the cream, gradually adding the condensed milk.
Step 6:
Add strawberries to the cream and stir until smooth.
Step 7:
Pour the ice cream into molds and insert popsicle sticks. Freeze.
Step 8:
Pour the remaining ice cream into a container.
Step 9:
Spread the ice cream in the container, cover it with a lid and put it in the freezer for 3 hours.
Cooking tips
Vanilla sugar is a good addition to any ice cream; it will help soften the strawberry flavor.
For a more sophisticated taste, you can add 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar per 500 grams of strawberries.
To make it easier to remove the ice cream, dip the molds with the finished ice cream into boiling water for 10 seconds.
