Bounty Coconut Homemade Ice Cream is inspired by the famous Bounty chocolate bar, first introduced in 1951 by Mars, Incorporated. This bar consists of a coconut filling covered in a layer of milk or dark chocolate.

Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Place whipping cream in a bowl and beat with a mixer until stiff peaks form.
Step 2:
Pour in 150 g of condensed milk and beat with a mixer.
Step 3:
Add coconut flakes and mix well with a spatula.
Step 4:
Place the mixture into the pan and smooth it out.
Step 5:
Place milk chocolate in a clean bowl, add milk, melt the chocolate in the microwave, then stir.
Step 6:
Pour the chocolate over the mixture in the mold and stir with a stick using spiral movements.
Step 7:
Cover the mixture with film and put it in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
Cooking tips
Do not stir the creamy mixture with the chocolate too vigorously; the mixture should not be homogeneous, but should have beautiful streaks.
If you don't have a microwave, you can melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
