Potato lasagna
Origin of the recipe
Lasagna is a famous Italian dish made with layers of dough filled with minced meat and cheese, but you can also make it without the dough, using vegetables like zucchini or eggplant instead. Try making "lasagna" with potato slices. It's not quite the same as lasagna, but it's just as delicious.

Cooking tips
It is better to rinse sliced potatoes before cooking to remove excess starch and prevent the potatoes from sticking together.
You can use chicken instead of ground beef.
