Step-by-step recipe

Step 1:

Oven-Baked Carrots - Step 1 Peel the carrots, cut them in half crosswise, each half lengthwise, cut into strips and place in a bowl.

Instead of Parmesan, you can use any inexpensive semi-hard cheese, for example, Russian.

Vegan mayonnaise can be made from 30 ml of chickpea water, 120 ml of olive oil, and a teaspoon of lemon juice, blended with an immersion blender and refrigerated. However, store-bought vegan mayonnaise can also be used.
