Fried tofu with vegetables
Origin of the recipe
Tofu is a soybean curd or soy cheese that was invented in China at least two millennia ago and has since become as common in local cuisine as the famous noodles, "conquering" not only East Asia but the entire world. Tofu has virtually no flavor of its own, so it pairs well with any ingredients and seasonings. Try this delicious, beautiful, and very simple appetizer made with tofu, vegetables, and mushrooms.
