Liver and zucchini pancakes

Meat and vegetables in one dish is a very elegant breakfast solution and much healthier than traditional sandwiches. Chicken liver pancakes with zucchini are almost as simple and quick, but much more delicious and mouth-watering.

Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Grind the chicken liver in a blender together with the onion and garlic.
Step 2:
Grate the zucchini on a fine grater, add salt, squeeze out the juice and place in a deep bowl.
Step 3:
Add liver, spices and salt, mix well.
Step 4:
Finely chop and add dill.
Step 5:
Add flour, stir and let stand for 5 minutes.
Step 6:
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, spoon in the batter and fry the pancakes.
Step 7:
Place the finished pancakes on paper towels.
Cooking tips
If the dough seems too runny, add a little flour, but don't overdo it, otherwise the pancakes will be too tough.
Cover the pan with a lid to allow the pancakes to set on top.
