Baking bread isn't as difficult as it seems. Bake this sweet, muffin-like bread with chocolate chips and banana puree mixed into the batter. And a whole ripe banana baked into its delicious crust makes this pastry a true treat.
Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Place three ripe bananas in a bowl and mash with a fork until smooth.
Step 2:
Add 100 g of white sugar and 50 g of brown sugar. Stir with a whisk.
Step 3:
Add 2 eggs, vanilla extract, mix.
Step 4:
Add melted butter. Stir.
Step 5:
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon through a sieve. Mix with a spatula.

Add chocolate chips. Stir.

Place the dough into a rectangular silicone mold lined with paper.
Step 8:
Place a banana cut lengthwise on top of the dough, cut side up.
Step 9:
Bake for 50-60 minutes at 175 degrees.
Step 10:
Let cool for 5-10 minutes, then remove from pan and cool completely.
Cooking tips
When mixing the dough after adding flour and other ingredients, do not mix for too long, only until they are combined into a homogeneous mass.
In addition to chocolate chips, you can add crushed nuts.
