Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Cut the onion into half rings.
Step 2:
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, add the onion and fry for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Step 3:
Chop the green onions, add the white part to the pan, season with salt, stir and cook for 3 minutes over medium heat, then remove from heat and cool.
Step 4:
Place wheat flour in a bowl, add fried onions and green onions, salt and mix.
Step 5:
Dissolve dry yeast in warm water, add to bowl and stir.
Step 6:
Knead the dough with your hand, cover with film and put in a warm place for 1 hour.
Step 7:
Dust the surface with flour, turn out the dough and roll it into a roll.
Step 8:
Line a baking sheet with paper, place the dough on it, make a diagonal cut, cover with a towel and leave for 30 minutes.
Step 9:
Preheat oven to 240 degrees, place a baking sheet on it, place a ceramic cup of water underneath it and bake for 15 minutes.
Step 10:
Remove the container with water and bake for 10 minutes at 220 degrees.
Step 11:
Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool for 1 hour.
Cooking tips
Do not overcook the onion, otherwise it will become bitter.
The water for the yeast should not be hot, otherwise the yeast may die.
