Break the egg into a bowl, add sugar and mix with a whisk.

Add vegetable oil and stir.
Step 3:
Grate the zest of one orange and add to the bowl.

Cooking tips
When grating the orange zest, do not touch the white layer, it is bitter and tasteless.
To make it easier to roll the dough into balls, grease your hands with vegetable oil. Place the balls of dough on the baking sheet at a considerable distance from each other, because they will increase in volume during baking.
